CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR CLOSURE PERIOD 2024/2025

Please carefully read the below regarding the closure period prior to placing your order

Sea + Paper Creative Studio’s closure period is from December 19th, 2024 until January 8^th, 2025.

Including –

Showroom and Click & Collect: Not open during this period

Warehouse: No orders will be despatched during this period

Customer Service: Delays to email responses during this period

Custom Designs & Design proofs: No design proofs will be sent during this period

 

Custom Designs & Design Proofs

Including Custom Wax Stamps, Custom Embossing Stamps, Guestbooks, Wishing Wells, Bridal Party Proposal Boxes, Stationery and all other customised products.

Please note, there will be additional delays to all custom products ordered during the closure period. We will aim to ensure we produce custom products as quickly as possible and it will depend on how quickly you approve your designs.

The 3-6 week production time on Custom Stamps only begins once your design is in production. Please allow for extra time over the closure period as design proofing will be delayed.
