2022 DESIGN & PRODUCTION GUIDELINES
This year is looking to be one busy year for events! Please carefully read the below Design & Production guidelines before ordering.
> Once you place your order, we will be in touch with you for your details for your stationery.
> Once you provide this back to us, we will advise you of your design booking date. This can be up to 7 business days depending on capacity.
– We will provide you with design proofs via email to approve before production. Please review all spelling and grammar. You are able to make two revisions free of charge. Revisions are aimed to be returned to you within 1 business day.
– Once the designs are approved, they will be sent to print.
NOTE: If your designs include personalised information (envelopes, invitations, place cards), final file set up will be up to 2 business days.
> Current printing turn around times: Digital print: 5-8 business days. Foil/Letterpress/Specialty: up to 12 business days
> Once printing has been completed, please allow 1-2 business days for us to quality check, pack and send you your stationery.
> Assembly of invitations for Ribbons, Bellybands etc. is up to 3 business days.
NOTE: If you require your stationery faster, some items can be produced faster at a ‘rush fee’ cost. Please contact us before placing your order for more details
> All orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website
> Pick ups are welcome from Eltham, 3095

We work to ensure that the colours you see are as close as possible, however colour may vary depending on your device or monitor.
