Design process
- Once your order is placed, we will be in contact for your information within 1-3 business days
- Once your information is provided to us, we will provide you with a design proof via email to approve before production. Please review all spelling and grammar.
- You are able to make two revisions free of charge.
Print Production process
- Design time: up to 6 business days
- Emboridery production time: 3-4 weeks
NOTE: If you require your stationery faster, some items can be produced faster at a ‘rush fee’ cost. Please contact us before placing your order for more details
Delivery/Freight process

All orders are sent via Australia Post Express. Current delivery timelines can be found on the Australia Post website
