Production Process

  • You will be sent a Design Proof within 1-3 business days of placing your order
  • Designs not approved after 10 days will still be sent off for production
  • Please note production time for Custom Embossing Stamps is approximately 3-6 weeks.
  • You are able to make three revisions free of charge.

Beautiful Product, but service could be better

Firstly I reached out via email that went unanswered. They will only communicate if you pay for a consultation. I went ahead and made a purchase of some stationary supplies and a custom embossing stamp I provided a photo of design however needed to pay an additional $15 service fee for them to download a font and 'create outlines' rather than just select 'image trace' considering how easy this is to do I was surprised to be charged to do this. After being specific that I wanted my stamp to look exactly like my example provided and asking for the 'happy birthday' to be amended. I accidentally attached an older proof that was produced. As I had asked for this to be amended I was shocked that Emily didn’t question what she had just been asked to fix and just went ahead with production. I have a product I am not completely happy with.

Thank you for leaving your feedback and we're sorry to hear you weren't happy with the process.
Unfortunately, the file type you supplied to us, we were unable to image trace effectively and needed to download your font to ensure the quality of the design on your stamp!
The final file sent to production was the one you sent through to us. As it was a provided design, we organised that exact design for production, unaware that it was incorrect. We did offer to arrange another stamp at cost price for you which you did decline.
It's great to hear that you did like the product, and hopefully we will see you again soon.
