Hello there!

Sea + Paper Creative Studio is a Melbourne based design studio specialising in Wedding and Event Stationery, Wax Seals and Wax Seal Accessories.

We adore working with all of our clients to create custom invitations and signage to suit any budget, as well as creating custom illustrations, artworks, branding and packaging designs. We are very open to collaborating with any brand and we welcome all enquiries for custom design projects.

We do allocate specific time to all projects to ensure each project has the same focus and dedication. Because of this, We can only take on a select number of custom projects each month so that the best possible outcome from each project can be achieved.

What are your lead times?

If you’re choosing an existing design, please allow up to 48hrs for your first proof to be sent through. (These will generally come through within 24hrs)
If you’re choosing a custom designed suite, please allow approximately 2-3 working days for your design to be produced.
Printing turnaround times vary. Digital printing is approximately 5-7 working days, and foil printing is approximately 10-15 working days after you have approved your design.
There are options to fast track your design and printing timings at an additional fee, so please let us know if this is required prior to purchasing.

Can I print your files on my own?

Yes, we offer a digital version for each invitation design!

To ensure we send you the correct file for printing, please send through how you plan to print this in the notes section at the checkout. If you are unsure on what file type you will need, please send through an enquiry using the contact form on the website and we can assist you.

Why can't I see all costs online?

We try to make sure most of our costs are transparent on our website. If you are unable to see an option that you’re looking for, please send through an enquiry through the contact form on the website.

Do you offer bundle packages?

Absolutely! We have several bundle suite deals to choose from which you can view here – Wedding Packages
If you can’t see a package that suits you, just reach out to us and we can provide more options custom to your event!

What are your delivery times?

Below are the timeframes in which we work to in Australia.
Please contact us for an international shipping quote prior to purchasing.
VIC, NSW and ACT: 2-5 business days
QLD and SA: 3-6 business days
WA, TAS and NT: 4-9 business days
Express post can be arranged for next day delivery. Please contact us prior to ordering if you would like this option.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Refunds and returns vary per product:
Art prints & Gift cards/tags

Yes within 1 week of purchase. Buyer must pay return postage.

Custom Invitations & Signage

Sorry, we do not offer refunds or returns once your item has been printed

Do you create custom work?

Absolutely – and quite a lot!
We can create a range of custom event invitation designs, signage options and custom wax seal stamps.

Can I cancel my custom order?

If you decide to cancel your custom order before any designs have been sent through to you, we’re happy to offer a full refund of what has been paid.


Cancellation after receiving design proof

If you decide to cancel your order after receiving a design proof, we will offer you a refund minus 20% of the total order.

Cancellation after approval to print

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return once you have approved your design proof and committed to print

We use a range of suppliers across our products, all Australian based businesses.
We’ve been working with the majority of my key suppliers for over 6 years so we’re confident that they will always produce the highest quality results for all projects.
